Deeply dissatisfied.
Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied.

Just received my canvas print. The result is very nice and the price was very competitive. My only complaint is that I thought I was getting something done in Halifax, NS. I was surprised when I realized the print was made in BC by KeenART Media. I\'m a bit puzzled why it\'s called \"HalifaxOnCanvas\" KEENART: WE WILL HAVE A BRANCH IN HALIFAX IN FUTURE.
