I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy
