Craftsmanship are first-rate! Just a quick follow-up note to convey how pleased we were with the canvas image you produced for us. My son loved his big tiger image! Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,	pleased We are so pleased with our art and our experience. After ordering several plaque mounted prints, they arrived damaged and we were very impressed by the professional and caring way the issue was resolved. Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. KeenArtMedia went above and beyond to make sure our replacement art arrived safe and sound. Not only is their work beautiful but the customer service is superior too.
